Booking and payments:
Guests agree to and accept that credit cards will be charged when cottages are booked.  A minimum stay of 2 nights is required.

Cancellation:
If a booking is cancelled at least 30 days prior to booked arrival date, the fee is 100% refundable.

If a booking is cancelled less than 30 days, but more than 15 days prior to booked arrival date, the fee is 50% refundable.

If a booking is cancelled less than 15 days before booked arrival, the fee is non-refundable.

For changes in arrival or departure dates, please contact us directly.

Fees:
Cottage fees are as advertised on our website at any relevant time for the relevant period.

Linen and towels are provided free of charge.

Although final cleaning is included, guests agree to take care in their use of the cottages and to leave the cottages in good condition upon departure, which includes removal of garbage and food remains and to place used kitchen utensils/cutlery/plates in the dishwasher provided with each cottage and start the washing program.

Söðulsholt cottages are located in a rural area and as such internet connections may be slow.
